Thanks Lag! I have a scale for clubs and will weigh them tonight.

As far as the deflection rate test, if I don't have clamps and want to make-shift a test using a table, how much of the club should hang over the edge and how much should be on the table? (Maybe the question doesn't make sense, I struggled wording it correctly).

If you can just clamp the grip you will be good..So pretty much the whole shaft/club should protrude the edge of the table if I understand your question.

I really enjoyed hearing the sound of the persimmon driver smashing that ball. It is so much more pleasant than what I'm accustomed to hearing at the driving ranges with folks using metal woods.

Just got a set of these, it looks like Hogan stole this design when he made the Power Thrust irons. These were made in 54 and come with Green Rocket shafts.

Just picked up a HUGE lot of persimmons (250+). Looking forward to having clubs to refinish and experiment with for the next couple decades lol... got them for a buck a piece shipping included so I had to buy them.

Interesting feel to those irons. They are stainless steel and certainly have a unique quality about them.
Good shafts in them, and if you have the ones with the pigskin grips, those are the best. I wish they still made
those grips. A wonderful and exotic grip.

Yeah they'll be in next week. Probably a mistake, but it was an opportunity I couldn't pass up.

They have the original leather grips. I haven't gotten a great feel for the irons yet, but they're a really neat set.
