Giving this thread a 'bump", as the last page or two may have relevance to the
"Hands in Front " thread that is going on.
These posts( on Small World) seem to focus on a bird's eye view, rather that caddy or DTL views. Base running and car racing examples are given.
And from that perspective ( bird's eye), it may be that if the approach is from high and outside with the hands, "turning the corner" may be more efficient.
