LESSONS FROM THE DECK (24 Video Series)

The new ABS video series is now online and available to existing students.

Students who have paid for the entire ABS Module course will have access to all 24 Videos.

The videos are scattered throughout the individual Module Forums where they are
most relevant. Some are in Module 1, some in Module 2 etc.

"Advanced Ball Striking" visitors who are not working through the ABS program.... but would like access to the video lessons can purchase a key to access all 24 videos for $300.

Anyone wishing to purchase only several of the instruction videos may pick a minimum of 5 videos for $100.

There is a lot of stuff here for sure, and it was quite an undertaking to get all this up, edited and online.

Most of the content is covered in The Forum, Module Work, Videos and Supplementary Module Videos, but going over all of this more recently, I think there are some fresh ideas having gained more personal insight over the years. This next month I think we are at 6 years of ABS.

I'm sure it will be helpful to anyone who takes the time to view the content.

These videos (I've viewed the ones for Mods 1 through 5) condense and crystallize many essential aspects of the forum discussions and mod instructional videos, and have provided me with useful insight to supplement my own curiosity from doing the module drills.

Fantastic work. Thanks for the effort, but even more, thanks for the passion that fuels the effort and the generosity that allows it all to happen.

I've watched almost all of them (ball position basics must be mod 8). Some great stuff there. Three that really stick out to me are Using your Core, the Snead diagram, and Body Cohesiveness. The material in those lessons aren't really discussed in any of the Mod drill videos.

All these videos will be part of my weekly practice work.
